Specialised Canberra Airport
Chauffeur Service
We offer private Canberra airport transfers, executive and corporate transport, hotel transport, with door-to-door service.
- All flights are tracked for early or late arrival so you will be met on time
- Complimentary 30 minute wait time for any Canberra direct international flight arrivals
- Cancellations are free up to one hour before booked one way transfers in the ACT, and 24 hours before ‘as directed’ bookings and interstate transfers
You will be greeted by your chauffeur at the airline’s exit door on the ground floor of the Canberra Airport (unless requested otherwise). Your chauffeur will hold a signboard displaying your name for easy ID, assist with your luggage, and accompany you to your waiting car.
Should you run into any delays or cancellations, our chauffeurs can arrange for last-minute changes, including getting you to Sydney airport as soon as possible. Please let us know about extensive delays to your flight’s arrival time so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Let’s Go Places CBR is a private car hire service with your own chauffeur. Our chauffeurs will liaise with Corporate Air for Arrivals and Departures and will have escorted airside access to your jet.

- Transfers before 5.30am and after 12.00am: $20 per fare or per hour surcharge
Interstate Transfers
- All interstate transfers are by quotation, however, the indicative price list for interstate transfers is available here
- Wait time for interstate transfers is $60 per hour
- Arrivals at interstate destinations after 11.30pm have a surcharge of $100
All Major Credit Cards Accepted
Prices are per car, comfortably carrying 1 to 4 passengers in our luxury long-wheelbase sedans, and up to 6 in our Audi Q7. Tolls (Sydney and Melbourne), entrance fees (national parks) and interstate parking are at cost + GST.
Bookings are secured in our calendar with the provision of a credit card (VISA or MasterCard preferred, Diners not accepted, AMEX incurs 3.5% surcharge). Payment is required with credit/debit card. A Tax Invoice is provided.
